Welcome to Rose Park, a family friendly manufactured home park and RV campground. Located right off North Ave., nearby endless amenities are just minutes away. We are an affordable housing community that prioritizes our residents’ comfort and budget. We are professionally managed and have an onsite maintenance and management staff. Our Park includes a barbeque grill, a new playground for the kids to enjoy, a newly improved community room for small gatherings, meetings, activity room and a bookshelf filled with plenty of books to read. We also have a donation pantry for our residents, and we are a pet friendly community. We also offer free cable TV and internet, curbside trash pickup and off-street parking to our residents. You can now pay rent from the comfort of your own home- we offer online payments so you can manage each transaction directly made by you!
